Weight Gain For Skinny People - All Your Questions Finally Answered

If you want to gain weight then you won't get very far at all without knowing this

Can you imagine yourself as a muscular guy? Not a huge body builder type, but someone with a respectable amount of lean, chiselled muscle, the kind of guy which you know women go crazy over. I'm sure you can.

Go on, close your eyes for a few seconds and really visualise it. You look good don't you? Making this a reality is well within your reach, no matter what you may have started to believe as a result of your dream remaining unfulfilled up till now. As you're about to see, weight gain for skinny people is fully achievable.

Why are you skinny anyway? Simple, it's just a matter of genetics. It's not your fault that you're skinny. You were just dealt a slightly unfortunate hand by fate, but that only matters if you let it matter. Despite the behavior of so many hardgainers, it won't do us any good at all to dwell on this misfortune and blame it for the hurt that goes along with being skinny. Let's get up and take action, for our problem is entirely solvable.

Of course you already know this, but in order to achieve the physique you desire you will have to both train and eat properly. But what exactly is 'proper' anyway? Every other skinny guy you know will tell you that he's got it figured out and that he'll tell you what's proper. But wait a minute, if he's such an expert then why is he still skinny? I don't know about you, but it just makes sense to me that I need to listen to someone who was once in the situation in which I am now, and who achieved the goal I seek himself. I copy him and job done, right?

That's what I did, and that's why I'm so certain that there is no reason for you to worry about being skinny all your life. If I can do it you can do it. For one thing, I'll bet you've always been told to focus almost solely on weight training for the purpose of weight gaining. In reality, lifting weights is only half of the story of someone who successfully goes from being skinny to muscular.

Did anyone ever tell you to do calisthenics? That's bodyweight exercises, and they trigger a completely different type of chemical change in your muscles than weight-lifting. But it's not just a case of doing push-ups and pull-ups now and then, to develop your muscles a broad range of movements must be learnt. That's just an example of the kind of thing you need to learn before you achieve your dream, and you'll learn that and a whole lot more in just a few moments
