Peanut Butter Mocha


Ingredients


Heavy whipping cream, 1 tbs


Chocolate protein powder, 2 scoops


Natural peanut butter, 1 tbs


Water, 12 oz.


Ice cubes, 4


Process


This is one of the easy weight gain shake recipe. All you have do to make this shake is gather all the ingredients in a bowl, except ice, mix them well and then blend them until smooth. Blend on medium speed for about 10 seconds. Transfer it to the serving glass and add the ice cubes. If the consistency is too thick, add a few more cubes of ice. If you want to have this shake for breakfast, add 12 oz. coffee to the shake instead of water, it will surely taste more delicious!


Strawberry Chocolate Drink


Ingredients


Strawberries, 8


Chocolate protein powder, 1 to 2 scoops


Water, 6 to 8 ounces


Ice cubes, 4 to 6

Isn't the name of the shake itself so tasty! This weight gain drink is also very yummy, and also easy to make. Just like the earlier recipe, add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 1 minute on medium speed. You can add ice cubes after blending also. Pour the shake in a tall glass and drink. Presentation is also important, so please yourself with a placing a cut strawberry on the edge of the glass!


Hazelnut Mocha Drink


Ingredients


Protein powder, 1 scoop


Vanilla and chocolate sugar-free instant breakfast, ј - Ѕ packet


Water, Ѕ cup


Skim lactaid, rice, or soy milk 1 cup, 1%


Hazelnut mocha sugar-free flavoring, 3 - 4 drops


Decaffeinated instant coffee, 2 tsp


Ice cubes, 2 - 3


Process


To make this healthy shake, mix all the all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, until a thick paste is formed. Then blend them in a blender for about 1 minute, or until a desired consistency is achieved. Add some extra ice cubes if you wish, drink immediately.


Mixed Fruit Drink


Ingredients


Yogurt (vanilla flavored), 8 ounces


Bananas, depending on size & preference, 1 - 2


Whole milk, 3 cups


Protein powder, chocolate flavor


Wheat Germ, 1 tbs


Blueberries


Strawberries


Process


First, add yogurt to a blender. Cut banana into large chunks and add it to the blender, next add in whole milk and protein powder. Now add in wheat germ, strawberries and blueberries, as much as you like. Blend for a minute or so and serve. If the shake is too thick, add a couple of ice cubes. You can also refrigerate the shake if you want to convert it to a smoothie!
